“Villas at the Hacienda” is a member-owned enclave of 40 luxurious two, three and
four bedroom private residences. These residences are deeded shared homes
that are sold in one month fractional intervals.

• Residence Club Ownership includes membership in the “Mayan Spa Club” and membership in the “Villas Club”.
  
• The “Villas Club” will handle all owner responsibilities of management, maintenance and bill paying and through the “Villa Club” members will be entitled to use of all the resort’s facilities; restaurants, lounges and swimming pools, tennis courts, etc. They also benefit from all the hotel services such as concierge, room service, shuttle service, bell service, housekeeping and long-term clothing and equipment storage.
